Mossarium Concept Design Sdn Bhd partners with couriers like GDEX for shipping of your order. Shipping fee of your order will be displayed to you on our website.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rate for everything except Ready Made Terrarium & Water terrarium within West Malaysia is RM18.
Shipping rate for Ready Made Terrarium & Water Terrarium are based on individual location.
There are no delivery for East Malaysia at the moment.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 3-5 working days (not including weekend or public holiday) for your parcels to be packed and delivered as we will be ensuring that the package is safe for delivery.

RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you need to return/exchange your product, please review the information below.

Customers may return/exchange the items within 3 days in the following cases:
1)Different from product upon ordering ( wrong item delivered )
2)Damaged products upon receiving.

Terms for returns and exchanges:
-Item must be in items original purchase condition – packing must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
-Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Mossarium Concept Design Sdn Bhd
