The Sekijoju Bonsai Terrarium takes inspiration from the traditional Sekijoju (root-over-rock) bonsai style, where exposed roots grow around and over stone, creating the appearance of a tree established within a rugged natural landscape.

Designed as a closed-type terrarium, the composition brings together a live bonsai-style plant, live moss, natural stones, and layered planting materials within a tall glass enclosure. The exposed roots and rock formation become the focal point, while the surrounding moss and greenery create the feeling of a miniature forest floor.

Each terrarium is individually handcrafted and comes fully planted and ready to display. As the plants continue to grow, the landscape will gradually develop its own character, making every Sekijoju terrarium a unique living piece.

Care Instructions:

– Occasional light misting may be required depending on the moisture level inside the terrarium
